Selena Gomez makes a chic turn in her blue, Grecian dress at the 23rd Annual Imagen Awards – celebrating excellence in Latino entertainment – on Thursday at the Beverly Hills Hilton hotel. The Wizards of Waverly Place star was nominated for best TV actress. Doesn't she look absolutely fab? Much better than Miley! Ugh! :)
