A day before turning the big 2-0, evening host Hilary Duff hangs out with Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus at the 2007 Spirit Of Life Awards Thursday at West Hollywood's Pacific Design Center. The actress then hopped a red-eye back to New York to have an early birthday dinner with beau Mike Comrie.
